Miguel Sanchez serves as President and CEO of Gold Quest Group, LLC, a top-tier direct lender, financial brokerage, and syndication firm of Residential, Commercial, and Heavy Industrial financing. Mr. Sanchez has over 22 years of extensive lending experience and has cultivated relationships within the business sectors on all levels: local, national, and international. As one of the most respected lenders in Texas, he is recognized for partnerships that have produced the most notable developments in real estate. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate, finance, and development are attributed to his deeply rooted influence from an early age. Mr. Sanchez's vision remains steadfast in his commitment to growth and leveraging opportunities.
Patrick Ashiofu is a Texas licensed realtor, who has been licensed and practicing commercial and residential real estate in the state of Texas for over 20 years. Mr. Ashiofu provides exceptional professionalism and a unique level of personal dedication to his clients. He is a multi-million-dollar producer and has won numerous awards in real estate. He is consistently recognized as one of the top realtors in Texas by H-TEXAS MAGAZINE. Mr. Ashiofu is involved in the development and selling of various single-family homes, high-rises, retail centers, industrial complexes, and office buildings. He is a member of numerous realtor associations and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Houston.
Luis Beita is an experienced manager with over 15 years of experience in the remodeling and construction industry and is known for his ability to make and build relationships in all aspects of business. He has held management positions with several multinational corporations, and previously served as Director for Latin America for an international valve company, opening markets and establishing brands in various countries including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Mr. Beita is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Ankit Amin has been in the mortgage business since 2003 and has been responsible for origination and closing on over $1.5 Billion in commercial loans. Mr. Amin is also a hands-on investor and a lender. Mr. Amin currently holds positions as President of Commercial Lending at GoldQuest Group and as a partner in the commercial lending business. Mr. Amin is an avid traveler and loves a well-planned or impromptu trip with his wife and two daughters. Mr. Amin holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from University of Houston.
Carey W. Cooley

Carey Cooley has nearly 30 years of experience leading & mentoring emerging growth companies. After founding a software consulting firm during the dot-com boom, Mr. Cooley spent most of the last 20 years as a strategic business consultant. He has extensive knowledge of the day-to-day operations of running a rapidly growing business, including developing the company's vision and business plan, managing personnel, implementing IT solutions, negotiating contracts, and securing debt and equity funding. Mr. Cooley was nominated for the 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Manuel R. Gonzalez
Manuel Gonzalez served as a District Director for the U.S. Small Business Administration for over 21 years. During his time with the SBA, Mr. Gonzalez helped numerous business owners access capital through government-backed, conventional, and hard money loans, and assisted in the buying and selling of small businesses and banks, the conversion of toxic assets for investors' benefit, and training credit unions to become SBA lenders. Mr. Gonzalez has also served as a senior officer of several private banks, an internal bank auditor, a bank liquidator for the FDIC, and a bank examiner. Mr. Gonzalez has received several leadership awards issued by the U.S. Congress for his role in advancing Latino and other minority-owned businesses.
Jean Paul Garzón
Jean Paul Garzón is an experienced entrepreneur who began investing in real estate in his early 20's. Mr. Garzón is cofounder, shareholder, and board member of several enterprise, and has won several international recognitions through his numerous ventures in the United States and South America. Mr. Garzón specializes in evaluating and securing risks on new ventures and is recognized for his innovative approach to increasing revenues and asset values. Mr. Garzón holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and some Portuguese.
